F.IT-Consult International (F.IT-C) is a dynamic organization capitalizing an impressive amount of experience in Information Systems implementation and Software Engineering leveraging an increasing network of competences.

In the fast changing environment that we all face, F.IT-C can support companies looking for cutting edge IT expertise to help them implement Management or Operational Information Systems serving their strategy, their need for control on execution monitoring their operational processes and for agility when it comes to adjusting their tactical plans.

From our perspective, this requires the combination of different (soft & hard) skills:

F.IT-C has been until now mostly active in the Data Integration and Business Intelligence arenas.

Data Restitution for Strategic, Tactical and (pro-active) Operational purposes all belong to our domains of expertise. 

And since the demand for this kind of services mainly comes from medium-large to large companies, this is where we are serving.

Nevertheless, Small to medium companies (SME's) also need to be served with the Software Solutions they are looking for in whatever business domain belonging to Information Management. They may also call on us for advice and collaboration.

In particular, F.IT-C is now changing its focus and growing its operational expertise leveraging Open Source CRM and DMS solutions.

Increasing the Return On IT Investment and lowering the TCO of our customers is an integral part of our Mission Statement.

Kleine en middelgrote bedrijven of organisaties (KMO's of MKB's), hebben eveneens baat aan deze middelen en moeten toegang krijgen tot de Software Oplossingen die ze nodig hebben. Ze kunnen eveneens bij ons terecht voor advies en samenwerking betreffende projecten omtrent Informatie Beheer / Systemen.

In het bijzonder richt F.IT-C zich meer naar de operationele gebieden en positioneert zijn inspanningen in het groeien van zijn CRM expertise rond Open Source CRM en DMS oplossingen.

Onze Missie

Wij streven ernaar om innovatieve oplossingen op de markt te brengen, "op maat" of 'kant-en-klaar' in het kader van een constante zoektocht naar ‘Excellentie’ voor de geleverde diensten.

Wij willen de "Return On IT Investment" van onze klanten verhogen en de totale kosten van ingebruikneming ("TCO") verlagen. Dit is een integraal onderdeel van ons "Mission Statement".

Dit doel wordt ondersteund door onze wil om een No Nonsense, Kwaliteit gedreven benadering en Excellentie in diensten toe te passen in onze samenwerking met onze klanten resulterend in een ‘Zero Klacht’ commerciële relatie.

Dans un monde en mutation constante, les sociétés recherchent l'expertise  IT qui les aidera à mettre en oeuvre les Systèmes de gestion de l'Information qui soutiennent leur stratégie d'entreprise, les aident à contrôler leurs processus opérationnels et ajuster leurs approches tactiques chaque fois que nécessaire.

la Restitution de ces Données à des fins Stratégiques, Tactiques et (pro-active) Opérationnelles appartiennent à notre expertise. 

Il est un fait que les demandes formalisées pour ces types de services émanent en premier lieu des entreprises de moyennes et grandes tailles. C'est là que nous opérons principalement.

Les petites et moyennes entreprises (PME's) doivent également accéder aux Solutions Logicielles dont elles ont besoin quel que soit le domaine "Métier" concerné. Elles peuvent faire appel à nous à des fins de conseil et de collaboration pour tout ce qui touche à la Gestion de l'Information.

D'une manière générale, F.IT-C veut se positionner toujours davantage dans les domaines opérationnels et accroît en particulier son expertise dans les domaines de la Gestion des Relations Clients , la gestion de Documents s'appuyant sur des solutions Open Source CRM et DMS .
